Q. Where do I log in?
- Log in via the “Login” menu item.

Q. I am having problems logging in, can you please help me?
- If you have been given your Username and Password in an email, please copy and paste them into the Member Login form fields.
- Remember that member Username and Password are always Case Sensitive – this is very important. By default, current members use Firstname.Lastname (complete with a full stop and no spaces).

Q. I have forgotten my password, can you help?
- First check that you are using the correct username - this is Case Sensitive.
- If you have forgotten your password (or username) there is a link to reset it on the “Member Login” form. You will have to enter the email address that you used when you joined. You'll be sent an email with instructions on what to do. This email will also show you your current Username.
Q. I have forgotten my Username – can I still Login?
- Yes! You can get the site to email you your username. Go to the login page and click the link to reset your password. You will have to enter the email address that you used when you joined. You'll be sent an email that contains your username (you don't need to change your password if you remember it). Make sure you enter your username exactly as given, it is Case Sensitive.
Q. How do I change my password?
- You can change your password from the “Edit Profile” section of the site (after you Login to the site). Click on your name (top left) and choose "Profile". Then click "Edit Profile".
- Your password must contain at least 1 number or lower or Upper Case character. Password must be 8 or more characters long.
- When creating a new Password, it will have to be entered twice.
Q. How do I change my Username?
- Your username can be changed from the “Edit Profile” section of the site (after you Login to the site). Click on your name (top left) and choose "Profile". Then click "Edit Profile".
- Change your username (and anything else you'd like to change) and press the "Submit Changes" button at the end of the page.
Q. How do I change my email address?
- Your email address can be changed from the “Edit Profile” section of the site (after you Login to the site). Click on your name (top left) and choose "Profile". Then click "Edit Profile".
- Change your address (and anything else you'd like to change) and press the "Submit Changes" button at the end of the page.
Q. How do I change my profile picture?
- The photo in your profile is only seen by you, your profile is not shared with anyone else. So there is no need to change it.
- If you really do want to change it, click on the picture in your profile page and you can upload a photo.
Q. How do I know if I have logged in successfully?
- Once Logged In, a new menu bar appears with your name in it. The other menu also changes, with new options for members only.
Q. I don’t seem to be able to see the menu on my mobile phone.
- On narrow screens the menu selection appears as three horizontal lines in the top right corner (the 'hamburger' menu). Please touch this for the menu.
Q. I have read and tried everything above and I am still having problems – what do I do now?
