The WA branch normally has it's end of year send-off at someone's workshop or at a cool public bar, but this year it's going to be a little different. 

The AEVA fundraised DC charger which was originally installed in Ravensthorpe (then moved to Munglinup, and finally moved to Corrigin) is going to be installed and commissioned on Saturday the 20th of December. It should only be a few hours work so we can all have lunch at the Corrigin Hotel. If the work runs late we may need to stick around for dinner, but Scott Coppen the publican and rodhouse/motel owner assures us there's plenty of room at the inn.

Corrigin is about 230 km from Perth via Brookton Highway. The WA EV Network DC charger at Brookton is an ideal spot for a charge as it's roughly half way. Charging in Corrigin is limited (we're hoping to fix that) although overnight charging at the motel is possible. So it's best to charge at Brookton on the way to and from Corrigin. If you don't have the range to make it, just get a ride with someone who does!
