I have arranged with the owner of the Cattle Hill Wind Farm to provide AEVA members a tour of the operation on Sunday 19th October at 10.15am which will take 90 minutes.

Registration will be required by RSVP, by 4:00pm 12th October as car numbers are limited to 10-12 cars., and for this reason, NO LATE requests will be accepted.  So that we can maximize the number of people for the tour, please organise to carpool, so I suggest that people from North & NW meet at the Great Lake Hotel 8.30am to sort out cars & people and & Southern members meet at Bothwell 8.30am to sort out cars & people then go in convoy to the wind farm. The drive from the Great Lake Hotel & Bothwell to the farm will be approximately 50mins, see map.

Drive on Macclesfield Road for 2.4 kilometers to gate.

After the tour I have booked lunch at the Great Lake Hotel (3096 Marlborough Rd, Miena Tasmania 7030 ) in Miena at 12:15pm. Menu can be viewed on their website Great Lake Hotel Tasmania (www.greatlakehotel.com.au).
