The Annual General Meeting of the Australian Electric Vehicle Association (AEVA) will be held on Sunday 9 November 2025, at 4.30pm Eastern Summer Time (1.30pm in Western Australia, 3.00pm in the Northern Territory, 3.30pm in Queensland and 4.00pm in South Australia).

The AGM will be a Zoom-only meeting.  If you plan to attend, please click on “RSVP Now”.  This will allow the National Secretary to verify, in advance, the membership status of those attending. Please register no later than 4.30pm Eastern Summer Time on Saturday 8 November.

The Zoom link may be found on this page.  It will also be e-mailed, early on 9 November, to all those who have registered for the meeting.

AEVA members have the option of appointing a proxy for the AGM, by e-mailing the National Secretary (secretary@aeva.asn.au) before 4.30 pm Eastern Summer Time on Saturday 8 November.  Your e-mail message should identify the name of the proxy, and should indicate whether you are instructing your proxy to: (a) vote for or against specific proposals listed in the agenda; or (b) vote as they see fit.
