AEVA, conversions and Bay to Birdwood
We know that AEVA has members who have developed fabulous classic, vintage and veteran EV conversions.
A great way to showcase these is in the annual Bay to Birdwood in South Australia.
Over 1500 classic and historic vehicles will travel from West Beach through city streets and follow a gentle climb through the countryside and quaint hills townships to the National Motor Museum in Birdwood and are cheered on by over 100,000 spectators along the route. It's huge!
Since 2022 this event has included an award for EV Conversions - one of the first in the world to do so - which is fantastic news for our members.
