Arthur Hunt's EV Diary

Arthur Hunt, an AEVA member and long-time EV owner who lives in Yeppoon, Queensland, produces this EV Diary, roughly once a week.

The diary contains his observations on a wide range of EV issues, with a particular eye on his locality, and including:

  • new EV models and their features
  • Tesla Full Self Driving (FSD)
  • new charging infrastucture, and gaps in infrastructure.

Arthur contributed this report on his road trip from Yeppoon to Sydney and return.

Note by Secretary

In early 2026 Arthur messaged us as follows: "I regret that I will not be able to continue writing my EV Diary ... as my ageing eyes will no longer cope with close computer work.  I hope to write a report on an EV trip later in the year".
