Vic Branch Members' Event: Nissan Leaf Battery Upgrade and reuse in Home Battery System
Over 30 enthusiastic people met in Vic Branch treasurer Dan Edwards garage to see and hear about the home battery he has built from a Nissan Leaf degraded battery and integrated into his home electrical system.
Visitors also enjoyed seeing his 2012 Nissan Leaf featuring the 40kWh battery upgrade he completed in 2023.
The audience were fully engaged and appreciated seeing a unique set up with a long and interesting back story. Many thanks to Dan for his generous hosting of this event!
